Our contact form collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the text field. This data may be retained as part of a user profile that is established if you choose to use our services. This information may be stored indefinitely as part of a “customer database.”

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Once you have explicitly ended your status as a customer (i.e. ended your subscription or notified us that you no longer wish to be a customer), your data will be deleted as part of routine maintenance.
What rights you have over your data
Upon ending your status as an active customer (i.e. ending your subscription or notifying us that you no longer wish to be a customer), you may request a profile data purge. Upon receiving your request, all profile information will be deleted from our customer database. Note that this does not apply to transaction data that may be stored in our finance system and cannot be readily deleted.
